The foundation work consists of a concrete slab. The walls of the two levels (ground floor and intermediate floor) are mounted in EUROMAC 2 system (polystyrene bricks filled with concrete); this process ensures an insulation of very high quality. The upper level is a  wooden beams frame.
The roof rests on a wooden frame covered with insulation according to RT2012 standards. Finished in interlocking tiles in a slate tone.
The running boards will be covered by brown stainless steel plates, the zinc drainpipes.
The exterior, joinery will be in natural wood colour with brown aluminum electric shutters. A larch wood cladding will cover the two upper levels, while the basement on the ground floor will be treated and covered in crepe gray tone. Balconies will be wood with treated pine flooring, the balustrades and horizontal stats will also be wood. The garage doors will be natural wood.
Heating and hot water is provided by an ATLANTIC heating pump. This system allows economical and comfortable hot water useage.
A double flow controlled mechanical ventilation system ensures additional comfort.
The whole chalet will be digitised which allows for different remote control functions (heating, lighting, shutters ...)
Each chalet will be equipped with a video intercom system.
